Delete your be + cultured account

From the app

Open the app and go to Profile.
Tap Settings and then Delete my account.
Type BORRAR to confirm it.

It is deleted at once.

If you no longer have the app

Write to privacidad@sermasculto.com from the email you used to sign in, with the subject «Delete my account». We delete it within 30 days and let you know when it is done.

What gets deleted

Everything, forever, with no way back:

Your account and your nickname
Your saved facts, your likes, your answers and your words
Your XP, your level, your streak and your shields
Your challenges and your places in the rankings
Your friendships (your friends will stop seeing you)
Your error reports
Your fact suggestions (if we already published one, the fact stays published and you can ask us to remove your nickname)
Your duels and your leagues
Your read, watched and want-to-watch marks
Your account’s analytics, if you had them on (within 30 days)

We keep no copy of anything from your account.
